We are a Family run and Woman owned business. Elke runs the show and the rest of the Haskins family lends a hand.

Elke has been creating special events surrounded by great food for over 25 wonderful years. Her signature desserts and specialty chocolates and delicious cuisine are legendary for those who have had the pleasure to taste them or share them.

After helping several friends with wedding recptions and other events, Elke saw the need for an affordable and quality focused catering service that can bring something special to local events.

With encouragement from family and friends, we started Simply Delicious Catering in 2007. Our passion is to create delicious food, present it in the most appealing way and be simple and easy to work with.

WHAT WE DO:
Whether we are catering a luncheon for your best clients, creating a special in home dinner for you and 25 of your most cherished friends, making our signature desserts for you or your event, or making 400 guests feel welcomed at your reception, you can be sure it will be a memorable event that you can relax and enjoy!

We can provide a delivered meal, a buffet and chafing service event or a full plated meal and dessert.


HOW WE WORK:
Unlike most caterers and restaurants, we never charge service fees and gratuities on our invoice.

You start with a personal consultation with Elke, our creative leader, who will discover what is most important to you, understand your budget, and help you with ideas from event layout to menu items.

From there we provide you with an Event Proposal that details everything and eazy to understand. Upon acceptance, a minimum of 10% of the event cost is required to book the event. The balance is normally required 7 days prior to the event. We will provide you with an detailed invoice.

Finally, we arrive early and stay until all the work is done! If there is any outstanding balance due to changes we request payment when we wrap up the event.

For corporate lunches, a credit card is required to be on file however no booking deposit is required.

We appreciate our staff and pay them well, and while we and our staff do appreciate tips, gratuities are never required or automatically applied to your invoice!

We are happy to travel to wherever you need us! We may need to charge a modest delivery fee for events out of our local area.
